  • Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). A federal law prohibiting the passing personally identifiable information (PII) on child-directed website (the intended audience has an age of 12 or under)

  • California SB-568. Prohibits operators of web or mobile inventory directed to minors (age 17 or under) from knowingly showing ads that use minor's information, such as their physical location or profile activity, to target an ad of specific sensitive categories.

This allows you to target inventory based on its intended audience, based on the primary audience the content has been created for.
