Automatically-detected parameters

The OpenX Mobile Android SDK automatically detects and determines certain parameters. Publisher-provided values will not be honored if OpenX detects those values. However, if the SDK fails to auto-detect values, then publisherAn account type that represents a business with ad space to sell.-provided values will be used. This is true for everything but location values.
