Review creatives

The CreativeThe media asset associated with an ad, such as an image or video file. Review tab allows you to:

  • Find creatives based on a variety of filters

  • Review details for each creative

  • Block a creative or submit a report to OpenX if the creative originates from a demand partner

Tip: Depending on your OpenX configuration, account typeIndicates the intended purpose of an account, which determines what objects it can contain and influences what users logged in to the account can do in OpenX. For example, advertiser accounts contain orders, publisher accounts contain inventory, and ad networks contain other accounts., and user access, the Creative Review tab may not be displayed on the Ad QualitySettings that control the types of ads that can display on your inventory. tab.

To block a creative:

  1. Click the Ad Quality tab.

  2. Click the Creative Review tab.

  3. Use the following filters to find a creative you want to block:

    You can also sort the list by those most recently scanned or by the total number of scans.

  4. When you find the creative you want to block, click on it to display its details. The creative details screen includes the RTB Buyers and Network Buyers subtabs, which indicates that the creative was served by one or more RTB or a network buyers.

  5. Click the RTB Buyers or the Network Buyers subtab that displays a number of 1 or more.

  6. If the creative that you want to block appears on the RTB Buyers subtab, you can click Block Creative to block it.

    If the creative appears on the Network Buyers subtab, you can click its flag button to report it to the OpenX Marketplace Quality team for review and blocking

If a blocked creative appears on the RTB Buyers subtab, you can unblock it. You cannot unblock creatives that appear on the Network Buyers subtab.

To unblock a creative:

  1. Open the creative details screen for the creative you want to unblock.

  2. Click Unblock Creative.
