OpenX UI provides the My Reports interface and several dashboard tools to support both standard reports and customized data insights. It also includes a System Status page where you can check data availability for reports.

My Reports

To access reports, go to Reports > My Reports.

On the displayed My Reports page, you can generate, manage, and view standard and customized reports for measuring and tracking performance metrics. By default, there are two folders provided:

  • My Reports , where you can save your custom reports after you configure and run them.
  • Preconfigured Reports, where you can find commonly-used reports already set up for you. The available preconfigured reports are based on your account access.

Specifically, you can use the My Reports interface to:

  • Configure and save as many reports as you need to show the attributes and metrics you need for your report date range.

    For example, if you are a network user, create different reports for different publishers, sites, sales channels, and so on.

  • Export reports to .xlsx, .pdf, or .csv formats after generating them.

  • Organize your customized reports into folders and manage them in the My Reports folder.

  • Schedule reports to run at daily, weekly, or monthly intervals and email them to designated recipients.

  • Copy and paste data directly from the report in the user interface if you need just a small amount of data from a report. To select data, use the typical commands that you would use to select text, such as Shift + click.

  • Modify existing reports to show different metrics or report on different date ranges.

Data Explorer

The Data Explorer interface provides you with an interactive dashboard that can be easily customized for detailed analyses and visualizations of your data.

  • View inventory performance based on revenue or number of winning bids at different price buckets.

  • Adjust exchange metrics.
  • View overall performance trends in exchange revenue, CPM, and winning bids.

Bid Landscape

The Bid Landscape interface allows you to evaluate the value of inventory on the OpenX Ad Exchange.
