Mobile App Revenue Report

The Mobile AppSynonymous with mobile. Refers to the use of an app via a mobile device, specifically to differentiate from mobile web. Revenue Report allows you to see and understand mobile app inventoryAd space available on a website or app. The basic unit of inventory for OpenX is an ad unit. performance. You can report on a single app or an app bundle by selecting the appropriate attributes when you configure the report.

Note: To enable this report, please contact your OpenX Account Manager.

To run a Mobile App Revenue Report, navigate to Reports > My Reports > Create Report > Mobile App Revenue Report.

Listed below are the attributes and metrics you can include in a Mobile App Revenue Report.



Publisher name

The publisherAn account type that represents a business with ad space to sell. whose account the inventory is attributed to.

App NameThe app name of the inventory.

Bundle ID

The bundle ID of the inventory.

Implementation Type

The type of implementation for the inventory, such as:

  • iOS
  • Android
  • JS (JavaScript tag)
  • S2SAPI (server-to-server via API)

Ad Unit Size

The ad unitThe smallest inventory component that represents the space on a site where ads display. size of the inventory.


Include the date if you want a daily breakdown of report results. Otherwise, you can report on the aggregate date range selected in the report configuration.

Mobile App Report Metrics


Paid Impressions

The total number of impressions delivered, excluding PSA, house, and companion ads.

RevenueRevenue attributed to the selected inventory and date range, net of OpenX fees.
