Private Marketplace Reports

For Private MarketplaceThe packaging, offering, and selling of high quality inventory to a limited set of buyers. Abbreviated as PMP. deals, you can report on two main performance areas:

To generate a Private Marketplace Bid Performance Report:

  1. Make sure you are viewing the My Reports tab.

  2. Click Create Report and then select Bid Performance. The Configure Report wizard opens.

  3. Select your desired date range, and then click Next.

  4. Select the attributes you want to see in the report. Make sure to choose at least one attribute under the Deals section, such as Deal ID or Deal Name. You can also choose Demand attributes to break out your reporting by DSPDemand-side platform, a platform or provider that allows advertisers to manage multiple ad exchange and data exchange accounts through one interface, often in real time., BuyerA company that pays a demand partner to purchase ad inventory on OpenX Ad Exchange., Brand, or Domain. Click Next.

  5. Select the metrics you want to see in the report. Click Next.

  6. Select any necessary filters. To report bid performance for a particular deal or set of deals, use the Deals category of filters.

    Note that filter categories are applied as a combination, meaning that data will only be reported if it passes all of the filters. It is recommended to filter either by Name or ID, but not both. However, you can select either the Deal Name category or the Deal ID category, and then select the checkboxes for as many deals as needed to see them in a single report.

  7. Click Run Report. Depending on the level of metrics and filters you have chosen, the report can take up to a few minutes to run and populate the requested data. After it runs, a new window will open, from which you can export the data into an XLSX, CSV, or PDF file.

  8. If you want this report delivered on a regular basis, make sure to save the report in My Reports. You can now easily schedule the report.

To generate an Exchange Revenue or SSP Revenue Report for Private Marketplace deals:

  1. Make sure you are viewing the My Reports tab.

  2. Click Create Report and then select Exchange Revenue or SSPSupply-side platform, a platform or provider that allows publishers to manage and optimize revenue for their inventory from multiple sources, often in real time. Revenue. The Configure Report wizard opens.

  3. Select your desired date range, and then click Next.

  5. Select the exchange metrics you want to see in the report. Click Next.

To Generate a Deals Bid Performance Report for Private Marketplace Deals:

You may also access a pre-configured Deals Bid Performance Report, which you can use to review bidding performance for a deal or set of deals to monitor and potentially troubleshoot if there are issues such as demand partnerA company which purchases ad inventory on OpenX Ad Exchange. bidding lower that the agreed deal floorThe minimum price a publisher is willing to accept for a given impression. price, or bid requests not being set, etc. In this report you can edit, export, or save to another folder if you already have access to the My Reports tab. To generate the Deals Bid Performance Report:

  1. Make sure you are viewing the My Reports tab.
  2. In the All Reports tab, click on the Preconfigured Reports folder. You will see a list of preconfigured reports.
  3. Select Deals Bid Performance to run the report. The Deals Bid Performance wizard will appear with three selectable drop-down menus: Edit, Export, and Save.
    1. Click the Edit drop-down and select which report attributes you want to edit. You may edit Date range, Attributes, Metrics, and Filters.
    2. Click the Export drop-down if you would like to export the report to your local drive. You may select Excel, CSV, or PDF.
    3. Click the Save button to save the report with your edits and changes.
  4. Click the "x"in the top-right corner of the window to close the wizard.
